- Federal Income Tax Returns for previous two
years with all W-2 forms
- Most recent pay stubs covering one month.
- Most recent Bank Account Statements (All Pages)
- Most recent Mutual Funds and IRA Statements
(Internet statements are not acceptable)
- Name and Phone Number of Home Owners Insurance

We may also require the following if applicable:
- Estimated Net proceeds from the sale of your
existing home.
- Divorce Decree and/or Separation Agreement
- Lease Agreements on your Rental properties
- Proof of Receipt of Child Support
- Letter of Explanation for any Gap in Employment
in the last two years
- Veteran DD214 Certificate of Eligibility
